This summer white tea feels like summer days in Imereti, Georgia - sweet, smooth and full of light summer aromas. The tea has been withered for more than 24 hours which brings out the sweetness and tropical flavours. Its fruity taste and silky feeling are captivating. Use different temperatures for brewing to bring out the many faces of this tea.
Our tea fields had been abandoned for over 20 years. When we brought them back into production, we chose organic farming methods to continue growing tea without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers.
All harvesting is done by hand, with people from nearby villages plucking only the finest leaves.
All the teas we sell are produced in our own small factory by Aleko, Hannes or Tomas. We experiment with different recipes, doing our best to bring out the finest flavours of Georgian tea.
